The Transformational Coaching Training is a 12-month certification program that emphasizes the development of the capacity to cultivate awareness in yourself and your clients through the practice of inquiry. This practice of inquiry is based on the Paradigm Shifts Coaching Model that distinguishes between the truth and the context of the truth that informs decision-making and action through gentle guidance, empowerment and self-honoring. This program is designed to support individuals who are: developing a coaching practice, in a management/leadership position, or interested in developing a new way of speaking and listening that supports the empowerment of self and others.
